  1. False. God had in mind both Jews and Gentiles.

  2. Yes. Although the Jews are temporarily set aside, the promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are confirmed in Christ.

  3. Gentiles comprise the common theme. The point of these verses is to show the Jewish Christians that bringing in the Gentiles was from the beginning.
